Introduction to ZJITS and CICGF
Zhejiang Investment and Trade Symposium (ZJITS) is sponsored by Zhejiang Provincial People's Government; China International Consumer Goods Fair (CICGF) is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and Zhejiang Provincial People's Government. As a comprehensive foreign economic and trade event in Zhejiang Province, ZJITS and CICGF are held during June 8-12 every year in Ningbo. Since 1999 ZJITS has been held for 10 years, signing 2999 projects with 28.28 billion USD of contractual foreign investment. Since 2002 CICGF has been launched meanwhile of ZJITS with a total trade volume of 5.651 billion USD to date. ZJITS and CICGF also introduced many talent and technological results. Recent years, every ZJITS and CICGF attracts over 10 thousand foreign guests.
The 11th ZJITS and 8th CICGF will be held during June 8-12 in 2009 in Ningbo. The event sets the theme as “new space, new industry, new extent”. It aims at enhancing open economy of Zhejiang Province, upgrading creative capacity of development zones, promoting modern service sector's development, constructing a new opening-up pattern, lifting internationally economic level. This ZJITS and CICGF will organize import and export commodity exhibition and trade, development image show, trade and investment talk, talents and technological introduction, yacht show, etc. China Opening-up Forum 2009 will be launched meanwhile. |
