China Opening-up Forum, sponsored by Development Research Center of the State Council and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, was launched in Ningbo in 2008 on the 30th anniversary of China's opening-up.
China Opening-up Forum 2011 is co-sponsored by Development Research Centre of the State Council and Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, and hosted by Ningbo Municipal People's Government, China Economic Times and CCTV-2, with the theme as "Open-to-the-outside-World of Post-Crisis Time: Opportunity and Challenge" including five topics as World Economy, Foreign Investment Attraction, International Trade, Cross-border Mergers and International Finance. China Opening-up Forum 2011 will be launched in Ningbo meanwhile.
