I. Main Contents

(1) Hold Overseas Chinese Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone Investment Promotion Conference and Overseas Investment Presentation.

 (2) Set up an International Hall for image presentation by China overseas economic and trade cooperation zone(s), overseas investment institutions and overseas investment institutions from Zhejiang overseas friendship cities, as well as for on-spot negotiation.

II. "Investment Abroad" activities introduces collective introduction and decentralized negotiation method. The collective introduction will launch 2 investment promotion activities.

(1) Overseas Chinese Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones Investment Promotion Conference: investment environment presentation made by 10 overseas Chinese economic and trade cooperation zones with attendees from Foreign Trade & Economic Bureau and enterprises that are willing to make investment in overseas Chinese economic and trade cooperation zones, and on-spot project match-up. The number of conference attendees is approximately 150 and conference duration of half a day (9 June).

(2) Overseas Investment Institution Presentation Conference: environment and policy introduction made by representatives from 10 overseas investment institutions and overseas investment institutions from Zhejiang friendship cities with attendees from Foreign Trade & Economic Bureau and enterprises that are willing to make investment in overseas markets. The number of attendees of this presentation is approximately 150 and conference duration is half a day (9 June).

III. Venue arrangement: set up an International Hall on the second floor of Ningbo International Conference & Exhibition Center (No. 1 exhibition hall) with 54 standard exhibition booths. The International Hall is to be divided into 3 sections:

(1) exhibition area for overseas Chinese economic and trade cooperation zones with 20 standard exhibition booths;

(2) exhibition area for Zhejiang overseas friendship cities with 16 standard exhibition booths;

(3) exhibition area for overseas investment institutions with 18 standard exhibition booths.

Overseas Chinese economic and trade cooperation zones focus on the exhibition of image and planning that introduces industry guidance, project entrance conditions, investment environment and policy. The exhibition of Zhejiang friendship cities and investment institutions focuses on the introduction of investment environment, project, policy and regulations that are relevant to each specified country, region and city, as well as business demonstration by exhibition participants and achievement display by enterprises involved in "Investment Abroad" project.
